Quick Answers

Common support questions.

Your certificate is emailed to the address on file the moment you complete the course. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, log back into your account — the certificate is also available for download on your dashboard for 12 months. Still can’t find it? Call us with your name and we’ll resend it within minutes.

For state-required courses (TLSAE, DETS, BDI, ADI), completion is electronically reported to the Florida DHSMV the same day you finish. For court-ordered courses, we also report to the Clerk of Court in the county that issued your citation. If you need to verify your specific case was received, call us with your name and citation or case number.

Yes, in most cases. If you haven’t completed the course yet and you’re within 30 days of purchase, we can transfer your enrollment to the correct course at no charge — you’ll only pay any price difference. If the course was court-ordered, call us first so we can verify the right course before switching.

Yes. We offer a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied and you haven’t yet completed the course. Once a course is finished and the certificate has been generated, refunds aren’t available — but if you have any concerns before that point, contact us and we’ll make it right.

No. Every course is fully self-paced. Log in, log out, and return as often as you like — your progress is saved automatically after every page. There’s no time pressure beyond any deadline set by your court (which we’ll help you track if you call us).
